Plan to keep noise to a minimum Additional House Rules: -Lost TV or cabinet light remote control will result in a 100USD charge. -Lost key card for any reason will result in a 150USD charge -Smoking of any kind will result in a 250USD charge. -Unapproved late-checkout fees: Every 60 minutes after 10 am is an additional 75USD. -50USD per night, per person will be charged for each guest who was not included in the reservation unless explicitly agreed upon with the host prior to the guest's stay. -Tampering with the noise monitoring device is strictly prohibited and will result in a 200USD fine.

⇢ The one MUST-SEE thing in Salt Lake City: Temple Square! ⇢ My favorite thing about this property is that it is right across the street from a beautiful park with an Aviary in it! Look up Tracy Aviary. ⇢ Check out Cummings Chocolates just around the corner! They make fantastic artisan chocolates and candies ⇢ The Park Cafe is located at 620 E 1300 S, directly south of the apartment on the other side of the park. It is a fantastic place for breakfast or lunch. ⇢ Kyoto serves reasonably priced but very good Japanese cuisine in a semi-traditional setting. The staff is all Japanese, and they are tremendously welcoming and kind. You’ll need a reservation dinner during peak hours on the weekends. Located at the corner of 1100 East and 1300 South. ⇢ Pago makes Contemporary American stick-to-you-ribs food, very satisfying if you're really hungry. The atmosphere is sort of contemporary-rustic. Located at 900 East at 700 South. ⇢ Pig & A Jelly Jar is a great place for breakfast & brunch, serving soul food takes on classic breakfast dishes. It's just a few blocks West on 900 South, easily walkable. The Park Café is another good option for breakfast and lunch, also located across the park at 1300 South at 600 East ⇢ Forage specializes in cuisine featuring locally sourced ingredients. They are well regarded and highly rated, and it is just a few blocks West of 900 South. I haven't eaten there yet, apparently, it's a bit pricey. ⇢ For a quick cheap meal, try Mezquite Taqueria, eat in or drive-thru on 400 South at 450 East. Huge portions and very tasty. I love the Spanish Omelet, fish tacos, and chicken chimichanga. ⇢ For fresh and healthy cooking ingredients, I highly recommend the Southeast Market at 422 E on 900 S. They have an amazing selection of fresh herbs and unusual produce. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods markets are also very close by. ⇢ I would also recommend checking out Trolley Square Mall, taking up the block between 600 and 700 East and 500 and 600 South.
