Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful, especially Elena. The food and drinks were amazing. And the rooftop pool was absolutely beautiful--I thought they were going to have to forcibly remove me from the pool, I just couldn't get enough of it. The hotel is also in a great location, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, and it felt very safe.
