Tentrr partners with private and public landowners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor locations. Our campsites are off-the-grid, meaning they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform. Larger parties can also use an extra 5-person pop-up tent stored onsite. You'll also have a picnic table, a dry box for storage, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs for outdoor furniture. Please note that heating units and fire pits may sometimes be subject to fire regulations and temporary burn bans - verify with your Tentrr Host and plan accordingly if these items are unavailable. The availability of other amenities like bedding or firewood also varies from site to site (some sites are more rustic and bare-bones than others), so we recommend reading through the listing description carefully before booking. Our property is conveniently located right off I 40 and main roads (Soncy). However, the sites are located remotely on our gorgeous 650 acre land trust preserve. This camp features stunning views of the sunsets on the high plains; beautiful and unique hiking opportunities; convenient access to a local wildlife preserve and amenities to make your glamping stay at Mariposa one to remember. Just east and south of the Mariposa you will find shopping to include a Mall, Target, Barnes & Noble, Khols, Sams, and a host of other shops. There are also restaurants to enjoy. Everything from fast food (Dairy Queen, McDonald's, Starbucks) to more casual/upscale casual dining experiences such as The Plaza, Saltgrass, Longhorn, Applebee's, and many more. From I40 you have quick easy access to Cadillac Ranch, a local, legendary treasurer. Amarillo is full of parks and a brand new Pool at Tompson park that has water slides, a lazy river, and other water fun to entertain the family.
