Juliana is a well-travelled Hong Kong-based freelance journalist covering stories about travel, food, culture, luxury hospitality and design. Born and bred in Singapore (Peranakan heritage), Juliana continues to discover the many similarities in Nonya and Macanese dishes, as well as colloquial slangs in Macanese Patua and Malay.
