How to Contribute

Do you have a story to share? Have you been somewhere you can’t stop telling your friends about? Do you have a favourite beach, city or region you just love visiting? Perhaps you have ideas on how to get an upgrade or where to find a great luxury hotel? Or are you just plain excited about telling stories?

We accept well-written guest posts and we’re on the lookout for talented professional content providers to join the team.

Here are questions we get asked most often.

What kind of stories are you looking for?

We accept guest posts about any aspect of travel, including things to do in destinations, day trips, hotel reviews, flight reviews, first-person experiences and travel advice.

How long should my story be?

Minimum word length is 1500 words.

Should I submit photos?

Your chances of being published are higher if you have photos that illustrate your story. Please submit eight to 10 photos via Dropbox to photo@travel2next.com. Ideally, photos should be 1200 pixels wide and saved for web (72ppi).

I’m a photographer will you publish my photos?

We publish collections of photos in our PhotoDiary section. If you’d like to contribute please Dropbox a collection photos based around a theme, destination or travel activity. Photos need to be accompanied by brief captions.

Will you publish my bio?

If we publish your story or photos please provide a short bio.

Will I be paid?

We don’t pay for guest posts. Professional travel writers are paid for their work. If you’re a  professional travel writer please send your bio to christina@travel2next.com to discuss joining our team.
