Tenerife is one of the most popular of the Canary Islands, and is the perfect destination for year round sun. Tenerife has been a popular holiday destination with the Spanish and other Europeans for decades, and as such has a wide range of activities, an extensive range of hotels ranging from budget to luxury and plenty of restaurants. 

Choosing where to stay in Tenerife can be difficult, however, due to the island’s size you are only ever a short drive away from some of the major attractions. Fortunately, Tenerife has a reliable public transportation network, with many of the smaller towns offering bus services into Santa Cruz, the island’s capital, and to many of the island’s attractions.
